GC 360 is the estimating and project-management product in the Zebrix Contractor Suite. It holds the master estimate for every bid, collects subcontractor quotes and specialist estimates, and carries the awarded job through budgets, change orders, RFIs and closeout. A client portal is included for sharing selected project information.

Where it fits
Bids arrive from Contract Intelligence. TrenchIQ and GeneratorIQ contribute reviewed scope when the job calls for them, and nothing changes the master estimate without a reviewed revision.
Questions
- Where does the master estimate live?
- In GC 360. TrenchIQ and GeneratorIQ are optional inputs; their results are reviewed before they become part of the estimate.
- Is the client portal extra?
- No. The client portal is included with GC 360 and lets you share selected project information with each client.
- Can clients see my internal estimate?
- No. Clients only see the information you choose to share on their own projects.
