When a prime buys the Zebrix Contractor Suite or one of its products for work under a contract, that purchase may support the prime's VetHUB or SDVOSB participation goals. The agency or contracting officer makes that determination, and Zebrix supplies the documentation for the review.

How participation may work

- Company identifiers and vendor details for your plan
- The agreement or order, with the software and services scope
- Service period, covered products and users, and how charges are allocated to a contract
- Itemized invoices and payment records for your reporting
Texas and federal programs are separate
Texas VetHUB participation is recorded on the State of Texas Subcontracting Plan (SoTSP) and follows Texas rules; federal SDVOSB subcontracting follows federal rules. Zebrix documents each purchase for the program and contract it supports.
